Summary: The crane consists of a mast, slewing arm, slewing drive mechanism, and electric hoist. When the lifting device can be lowered below the ground or track surface, the distance from the crane's horizontal support surface to the lowest working position of the lifting tool is referred to as the lowering depth.

The crane consists of a mast, slewing arm, slewing drive mechanism, and electric hoist. When the lifting device can be lowered below the ground or track surface, the distance from the crane's horizontal support surface to the lowest working position of the lifting tool is referred to as the lowering depth. To enable the slewing arm to rotate, the crane incorporates a drive mechanism and slewing bearing assembly. The metal framework forms the crane's skeleton. Key load-bearing components like the trolley bridge, boom, and gantry may adopt box-type structural frames or beam-end configurations, with some sections utilizing channel steel as support beams. For telescopic boom cranes, the rated load capacity varies with the boom extension length. Lifting performance characteristics are expressed through lifting moment ratings. The rated capacity indicated on the nameplate represents the maximum permissible load. The column base is bolted to a concrete foundation. A cycloidal gear reducer drives the single girder rotation, while the electric hoist operates along the I-beam in a linear vertical path for lifting operations. The crane girder features a hollow steel structure, offering lightweight construction, extensive reach, high load capacity, and economical durability. The integrated lifting mechanism employs specialized engineering plastic roller bearings, minimizing friction for smooth, compact operation and significantly enhancing hook travel range.

The single-girder crane comprises a mast, rotating arm, girder drive mechanism, and electric hoist. The rear base of the mast is anchored to a concrete foundation via anchor bolts. The motor drives the reducer mechanism to rotate the girder, while the electric hoist travels back and forth along the I-beam. This crane helps minimize production downtime and non-productive hours, reducing unwanted waiting periods. Modern single-girder cranes offer diverse specifications and comprehensive types. Regardless of lifting capacity, suspension angle, jib length, or functional requirements, all models share common advantages: lightweight construction, extended girder length, high load capacity, and straightforward installation and maintenance.

Even in scenarios with extremely limited overhead clearance, they can achieve substantial lifting heights. Electric single-girder cranes represent a new generation of lightweight lifting equipment designed for modern industrial production. They are ideal for short-distance, frequent, and concentrated lifting tasks, offering advantages such as energy efficiency, convenience, compact footprint, and ease of operation and maintenance. Mobile single-girder cranes offer enhanced maneuverability and broad adaptability. The articulated boom series features innovative structural design, smooth extension/retraction, and flexible operation. During lifting, pressing the switch raises the load. By utilizing the beam's deformation and slewing motion, the crane avoids obstructions in the working environment, continuously expanding the operational area.
