1. Crane Gantry Installation

First, place the crane's load-bearing beam onto the horizontal track. Secure the end beams with bolts to form a complete bridge structure. Next, install the trolley running mechanism: adjust the wheel axle alignment and optimize the reducer. Then connect the reducer to the motor via a coupling and rotating shaft. Maintain a 2-5mm clearance between the inner edge of the electric hoist wheel flange and the flange plate of the I-beam rail. After assembling the cable tray, conduct safety inspections according to the relevant provisions of Table 7.02 in GB50278-98.

2. Crane Lifting

Lifting operations shall be performed using cranes or lifting beams as determined by specific conditions. Prior to installing the steel roof trusses, the crane shall be lifted into position as a whole using a 12-ton crane. After installing the steel roof trusses, lifting shall be performed using a single lifting beam. The lifting beam shall be made of Φ219×6 seamless steel pipe, and the crane shall be lifted using two 5-ton cranes and associated pulleys.

For hoisting electric single-girder cranes, pay attention to installing the bridge frame before locating the hoisting position. During hoisting, workers must operate according to actual conditions. Precise measurements should be taken beforehand for component placement areas. Hoisting must prioritize safety and stability.
