Unite Hearts, Unite Minds / Sinoko’s Unique Team Building Activity 2020To further strengthen corporate culture construction and enhance communication and cohesion among all departments of the company, Sinoko organized a distinctive team building activity on September 19th to 20th. Led by Han Qiude, Assistant to the General Manager, nearly 50 participants including middle and senior management staff and front-line backbone employees of the company took part in the activity in Jiaozuo Yuntai Mountain.                              The team building activity featured diverse programs, including mountain climbing, Da Vinci Code, Nazca Giant Painting and a bonfire party.During the mountain climbing session, everyone advanced courageously, encouraging and supporting one another, fully demonstrating the healthy, united and uplifting spirit of Sinoko staff.After the competitions, all employees gathered together, enjoyed local specialties and toasted freely. The subsequent bonfire party pushed the atmosphere to a climax. A variety of interactive games further deepened friendship among colleagues and greatly improved team tacit understanding and cohesion.Sinoko Crane has proven through practical actions that "building a high-quality and high-efficiency management team" is never merely a slogan, but a belief deeply integrated into its corporate culture.Through rich and diverse interactive activities, the horizontal communication among middle and senior management personnel has been effectively strengthened. It enables managers to clarify their organizational roles and precise positioning, so that they can effectively act as a vital link connecting the upper and lower levels and carrying forward the company’s development in future management work.

                                                                                          Sinoko Cranes  Highlights            These cranes were fully manufactured by Xinke staff working overtime during the May Day holiday and are ready for delivery to Guangxi! The bright orange hue stands out strikingly against the clear blue sky!The sudden epidemic failed to hinder our cooperation with customers thousands of miles away. Dozens of equipment units signed at the beginning of the year were delivered in a timely manner in response to the construction progress at the client’s site. The sales manager said delightedly: While many are talking about difficulties, the people of Xinke have interpreted the company’s pragmatic philosophy with solid actions.Yes! No difficulties can stop the pace of Xinke people’s progress, nor change our original aspiration for strategic partners!Xinke’s front-line teams completed the production of this batch of cranes with guaranteed quality and quantity during the holiday, and all equipment is fully prepared for delivery. With practical actions, they have interpreted the enterprising spirit of constantly surpassing ourselves upheld by all Xinke staff.

A new starting point carries new hopes. Standing at the beginning of 2020, we look back on the past, sum up experience, look ahead to the future and draw a grand blueprint for development.01   On the afternoons of March 30 and 31, 2020, the annual report speech conference for middle and senior management personnel was held in the fourth-floor conference room of Sinoko Cranes.The judging panel consisted of Chairman Cai Xiaojie, Executive Deputy General Manager Lin Peiru, Deputy General Managers Tian Zhanjun and Cai Chuangliang, and Deputy Chief Engineer Cui Li. More than 20 participants including department heads, directors and reserve directors attended the meeting.          All department heads were fully prepared. They comprehensively and objectively elaborated on the unfinished work in 2019, conducted in-depth analysis of existing problems, and formulated work plans and improvement measures for 2020. 03After listening to all the work reports, Chairman Cai delivered an important speech. He first affirmed and thanked all departments for their hard work and achievements, and offered guidance on the problems existing in daily work.Meanwhile, he put forward two hopes and one requirement for all participants: all staff should strive to deliver excellent work and take responsibility bravely; continuously strengthen self-improvement and keep learning. He also required everyone to prioritize the company’s interests at all times.He also shared his insights from the books The Effective Executive and The Great Qin Empire: Everyone should regard themselves as a manager, focus on accumulating trivial and daily work. A thousand-mile journey begins with a single step, and he will grow together with all staff.Finally, he hoped all staff would carry forward the strengths of previous work, draw lessons from experience and discard shortcomings. Quality Revitalization, Intelligent Manufacturing of Sinoko— Promulgation of the Quality Revitalization OutlineOn April 9th, Sinoko Cranes held the grand 2018 Quality Revitalization Oath-taking Conference. Company leaders including President Cai Xiaojie, Deputy General Managers Tian Zhanjun and Lin Peiru, together with all management staff and team leaders, attended the conference.　　　 一进入会场就被现场氛围所感染， 喜庆的红背景承诺签字墙，点缀出“质量振兴，智造新科”活动主题，横幅高举我们的目标“以诚实守信、持续改进、创新发展、追求***的质量精神发展”。 　First of all, Deputy General Manager Tian Zhanjun read out the official document on the establishment of the Quality Management Committee, covering the necessity of its founding, member list and job responsibilities.　　Next, Deputy General Manager Lin Peiru delivered a briefing on the Quality Revitalization Outline to all staff. He pointed out that with the company’s rapid development, evolving product structure and the rapid expansion of new employees in recent years, existing problems in enterprise quality management must be valued and resolved promptly. On the basis of a clear understanding of the current situation, all employees should unite as one and adopt a variety of powerful measures to achieve a turnaround in quality management. Meanwhile, he put forward a macroscopic development plan for the company for the current year, aiming to realize three major transformations by carrying out quality management activities, improving the quality management system and formulating assessment regulations.General Manager Lin’s powerful and inspiring speech struck a chord with all attendees and won thunderous applause on site. It unified the ideological understanding of all staff and strengthened the company’s cohesion and centripetal force.　　Finally, Cai Chuangliang, Director of the Quality Management Committee, and President Cai Xiaojie delivered concluding speeches respectively. To implement the work arrangements on work safety issued by the provincial Party committee and provincial government, further fulfill political supervision responsibilities, and advance the in-depth development of special equipment safety work, on the afternoon of July 19, Zhao Ningjun, Leader of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group stationed in the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, led a delegation of leaders from the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau and the Provincial Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute to conduct research and supervision on special equipment quality and safety work at Sinoko Cranes.Li Lianhe, Director of the Changyuan Economic Development Zone Management Committee, Tang Hanzhang, Deputy Director, together with leaders from the Market Supervision Bureau, accompanied the research and supervision work.Cai Xiaojie, Chairman and General Manager of Sinoko Crane, and Lin Peiru, Executive Deputy General Manager, extended a warm welcome to the research team and accompanied them throughout the entire inspection of the production workshops.Lin Peiru gave the research team a key introduction to Sinoko Cranes’ assembly-free manufacturing technology for crane main beams and end beams, automatic welding processes, equipment advantages and production lines.Cai Xiaojie stated that the company will strictly uphold the quality and safety of special equipment.
