A new starting point carries new hopes. Standing at the beginning of 2020, we look back on the past, sum up experience, look ahead to the future and draw a grand blueprint for development.

On the afternoons of March 30 and 31, 2020, the annual report speech conference for middle and senior management personnel was held in the fourth-floor conference room of Sinoko Cranes.

The judging panel consisted of Chairman Cai Xiaojie, Executive Deputy General Manager Lin Peiru, Deputy General Managers Tian Zhanjun and Cai Chuangliang, and Deputy Chief Engineer Cui Li. More than 20 participants including department heads, directors and reserve directors attended the meeting.

        All department heads were fully prepared. They comprehensively and objectively elaborated on the unfinished work in 2019, conducted in-depth analysis of existing problems, and formulated work plans and improvement measures for 2020.

After listening to all the work reports, Chairman Cai delivered an important speech. He first affirmed and thanked all departments for their hard work and achievements, and offered guidance on the problems existing in daily work.

Meanwhile, he put forward two hopes and one requirement for all participants: all staff should strive to deliver excellent work and take responsibility bravely; continuously strengthen self-improvement and keep learning. He also required everyone to prioritize the company’s interests at all times.

He also shared his insights from the books The Effective Executive and The Great Qin Empire: Everyone should regard themselves as a manager, focus on accumulating trivial and daily work. A thousand-mile journey begins with a single step, and he will grow together with all staff.

Finally, he hoped all staff would carry forward the strengths of previous work, draw lessons from experience and discard shortcomings. With a clearer mind, greater passion, more enterprising spirit and fuller drive, everyone shall forge ahead toward the established goals of the new year.

Sinoko Cranes Selected into the 2022 Henan Provincial Big Data Industry Development Pilot Demonstration Project
Recently, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Notice on Carrying out the Recommendation and Application for the 2022 Henan Provincial Big Data Industry Development Pilot Demonstration Projects (Yu Gong Xin Ban Shu Ju [2022] No. 75), a total of 45 projects in Henan Province have been selected for the 2022 Henan Provincial Big Data Industry Development Pilot Demonstration Projects after review and recommendation, expert evaluation and public online announcement. Two projects from the city are on the list, namely the big data-based crane full-life cycle service platform application demonstration project of Henan Mine Crane Co., Ltd., and the Xinke industrial Internet crane production big data management and control platform project of Henan Xinke Crane Co., Ltd.   In the next step, taking the pilot demonstration projects as the starting point, the Bureau will further stimulate the endogenous driving force and innovation vitality of the city. By taking the lead in pilot trials and giving play to exemplary guiding roles, the Bureau will summarize and promote replicable experiences and practices, enhance the supply capacity of big data products, the quality of technical services and the level of integrated application, and advance the high-quality development of the city’s big data industry.The Bureau aims to foster a group of benchmark enterprises across various industries and fields.
