— Promulgation of the Quality Revitalization Outline
On April 9th, Sinoko Cranes held the grand 2018 Quality Revitalization Oath-taking Conference. Company leaders including President Cai Xiaojie, Deputy General Managers Tian Zhanjun and Lin Peiru, together with all management staff and team leaders, attended the conference.

First of all, Deputy General Manager Tian Zhanjun read out the official document on the establishment of the Quality Management Committee, covering the necessity of its founding, member list and job responsibilities.
Next, Deputy General Manager Lin Peiru delivered a briefing on the Quality Revitalization Outline to all staff. He pointed out that with the company’s rapid development, evolving product structure and the rapid expansion of new employees in recent years, existing problems in enterprise quality management must be valued and resolved promptly. On the basis of a clear understanding of the current situation, all employees should unite as one and adopt a variety of powerful measures to achieve a turnaround in quality management. Meanwhile, he put forward a macroscopic development plan for the company for the current year, aiming to realize three major transformations by carrying out quality management activities, improving the quality management system and formulating assessment regulations.
General Manager Lin’s powerful and inspiring speech struck a chord with all attendees and won thunderous applause on site. It unified the ideological understanding of all staff and strengthened the company’s cohesion and centripetal force.
Finally, Cai Chuangliang, Director of the Quality Management Committee, and President Cai Xiaojie delivered concluding speeches respectively. Afterwards, all leaders from the General Office and participating staff signed their names on the commitment wall.
