Application scenarios of rail transit
Sinoko has been deeply involved in the use of cranes in rail transit (production lines) for more than ten years. Its gantry cranes are applied in rail transit production lines and can fully meet the precision, safety, and reliability requirements for manufacturing and assembling locomotives and vehicles. Any component in the rail transit it lifts can be reliably transported and accurately placed, and can also be safely and reliably transported as a whole vehicle body. The application fields in rail transit include locomotive and vehicle production, locomotive and vehicle maintenance and repair, infrastructure construction, and locomotive and vehicle production.
1)The main steel structure (main beam, end beam) is made of Q235-B material, which comes with material reports and corresponding qualification certificates.
2)The manufacturing, welding, and inspection of steel structures are conducted in accordance with national standards. For critical load-bearing butt welds, a double-sided groove welding process is employed, and visual inspection and non-destructive testing are carried out as prescribed. All welders hold corresponding qualification certificates.
3) All crane main beams adopt the full-plate butt-free welding process, eliminating the need for steel plate butt welds and thus removing potential quality hazards associated with steel plate butt welding. (Steel plate butt welding is a critical welding process and a location with numerous quality hazards.)
4)All plates are automatically cut using a CNC cutting machine, with preset camber for the main beam, to avoid the problem of camber deflection in traditional fire-bending of main beams.
5)The steel surface undergoes shot blasting treatment, achieving a surface roughness of Grade Sa2.5 as specified in GB8923 "Registration and Rust Removal Grades of Steel Surface Preparation before Painting". This enhances paint adhesion, prevents paint from peeling off, and ensures the long-term aesthetic appearance of the single-beam crane as a whole.
6)The longitudinal waist weld of the main beam adopts the domestically advanced automatic special machine for submerged arc welding, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing shape and ensuring welding quality.
7)The crossbeam of the cart is made of rectangular tubes as a whole, without splicing or welding seams, featuring an aesthetic appearance, sturdiness, and durability.
8)All wheel installations utilize boring installation to prevent the wheel treads from not being on the same horizontal plane, thereby enhancing the operational precision of the wheels.
