Cai Chenchen, who joined the company in 2011, has grown step by step from a young man who knows nothing about welding to a "versatile" player with over ten years of experience. In self inspection work, he always treats each maintenance task with high standards and strict requirements, always remembering the work philosophy of "not a single mistake, not a single mistake", ensuring that the work quality pass rate reaches 100%, and receiving unanimous praise from workshop leaders and colleagues.
He always tells himself to follow the direction of the company's development, comply with the requirements of the times, and further enhance his skills and polishing abilities. His job responsibilities mainly include the production of European style small cars, assembly of European style gourds, and assembly of lifting hooks. He is like a brick, moving wherever needed.
