On August 11, the internal auditor training for the quality management system improvement initiative for specialized, refined, unique and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in Xinxiang City was held online. Cui Li, Chief Technical Engineer, Duan Anzhi, Director of the Quality Inspection Department, together with 14 key professional backbones from Sinoko, participated in the training.
Attaching great importance to this training, the senior management of Sinoko fully supported the event. At the opening mobilization ceremony, Cui Li delivered a speech. She encouraged all participants to earnestly absorb professional knowledge, make up for working deficiencies, strengthen quality inspection capabilities, and comprehensively improve the overall professional quality of the company’s internal auditor team.
The online training was delivered by experienced lecturer Tang Yanping. She systematically explained the standard requirements of the ISO9001 quality management system, elaborated on the key and difficult points of system operation, and optimized internal audit thinking. With in-depth case analysis and easy-to-understand explanations, she illustrated the seven basic principles of the quality management system, enabling all participants to gain substantial professional knowledge. In the internal auditor assessment organized after the training, all participating employees successfully passed the examination.
The online training has further strengthened internal auditors’ understanding of the ISO9001 standards, improved their ability to identify problems during internal audits, and enhanced the depth and effectiveness of the company’s internal audit work. It effectively guides internal auditors to flexibly apply quality management theories to daily work and promotes the continuous improvement of the company’s quality management system.
As internal quality controllers of the enterprise, internal auditors play a vital role in inspecting quality problems, rectifying non-conformities, and supervising the stable operation of the management system. Moving forward, Sinoko will further standardize internal audit procedures, implement strict quality control, and pursue continuous optimization.
