As the new year begins and everything takes on a new look, Sinoko held the 2022 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference grandly in the staff canteen on the morning of January 13, to commend outstanding teams and individuals who have contributed to the company's sustainable development over the past year.
Chairman Cai Xiaojie, Executive Deputy General Manager Lin Peiru and other senior leaders gathered together with all employees to look forward to the year 2023.


Executive General Manager Lin Peiru extended warm congratulations to all advanced collectives and individuals honored at the ceremony and expressed sincere gratitude to all employees for their diligent dedication and hard work. He delivered a summary report on the company’s overall operational performance in 2022 and spoke highly of the various achievements accomplished throughout the year.
He stated that looking back on 2022, the company achieved steady and progressive development with fruitful results. These accomplishments owe to the correct leadership of Chairman Cai, the joint efforts of the entire management team, and most importantly, every dedicated Sinoko employee who has stood fast to their posts, endured hardships without complaint, and strived diligently through thick and thin.

Meanwhile, he also pointed out the existing problems and deficiencies in the work of 2022, and made overall arrangements for the development plans and key tasks of 2023, summarized as "Five Key Priorities and Two Guarantees".
The five key priorities include: first, strengthening institutional and process management to improve internal control capabilities; second, improving infrastructure construction and product research and development to demonstrate corporate strength and build a sound corporate image; third, enhancing service awareness to fully ensure customer satisfaction; fourth, implementing target management with performance as the priority to guarantee operational results; fifth, advancing corporate image building to achieve brand effect.
The two guarantees cover personalized market development and team building. Centering on the company’s 2023 strategic plan, the company will further implement key work in marketing, research and development, quality control and lean production.
