On the front line of production in the lifting industry, there is such a "versatile person": he serves as the double-team leader of both the beam-lifting team and the cutting team, mastering CNC laser cutting technology from an electric welder, leading his team to achieve excellence, interpreting responsibility through perseverance, and passing on skills through mentoring - he is Cai Qingchen, a new employee of Xinke Lifting who practices the spirit of craftsmanship through hard work.
Interpreting the essence of craftsmanship through breakthroughsAt the end of last year, Cai Qingchen was appointed to take over the cutting team in the face of a crisis. Faced with the cross-industry challenge of transitioning from an electric welder to a CNC laser cutting operator, he admitted that he initially dared not touch it. However, craftsmanship never fears difficulties. To tackle this "tough nut", he devoted himself to learning and studied day after day, transitioning from being "controlled by the machine" to "controlling the machine", and from having "a smattering of knowledge" to becoming "skilled in operation". He broke the curse of "different industries are like different mountains", and ultimately delivered an excellent performance in terms of efficiency, quality, and on-site management.

II. Continuing the Craftsman's Legacy through Inheritance"The spirit of craftsmanship is not the solitary effort of one person, but the relay inheritance of a group of people." This is a phrase he often repeats. The beam-lifting team has a team that is "capable of handling tough challenges": there is a certified female submerged arc welder who can handle things independently; there is an installer who is proficient in crane installation and can provide key design suggestions; there are capable and comprehensive technical backbones. With the combined efforts of the team, the beam-lifting team was awarded the "Excellent Team" title by Xinke Lifting in 2024.

When dealing with newcomers, he has a unique "heart-warming methodology". Considering the impact of welding radiation on young people who are unmarried and without children, he doesn't recommend newcomers to specialize in welding, but encourages them to "learn more, observe more, and ask more". Under his leadership, the team has implemented a "one mentor for one or two apprentices" model, which not only improves efficiency but also gives many technical experts a sense of belonging, making them become the "backbone" of the enterprise.

III. Practicing the craftsman's code in responsibility"Safety is the bottom line, quality is the lifeline." To build a solid safety defense line, he insisted on holding daily pre-shift meetings, breaking down the company's safety education into details, and repeatedly emphasizing it with his own experience. During daily inspections, he did not overlook any hidden dangers, and with the persistence of "making a difference from small things", he made safety awareness take root in every employee's heart.

In his view, the spirit of craftsmanship is not just a slogan, but a commitment to "putting customers at ease": "Treat the product as your own child, and deliver it to the customer with 100% satisfaction.".
From being a "game-changer" who took on the challenge at hand, to a "successor" who mentored and nurtured others, and then to a "guardian" who upheld the bottom line, Cai Qingchen has proven through her actions that the spirit of craftsmanship lies in every perseverance to overcome difficulties, in every sincere effort to impart knowledge, and even more so, in the ultimate pursuit of products and responsibility. This craftsmanship is the inexhaustible driving force that propels the industry forward.
