Introduction

The QDY hook‑type bridge casting crane is primarily used in metallurgical and foundry facilities for lifting molten metals. The crane’s overall duty class is A7, and an insulation layer is installed at the bottom of the main girder. Assembly and testing comply with the requirements set forth in Quality Inspection Office Special Document No. [2007]375 issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. It may also be selected for applications involving the handling of other molten non‑metallic materials or the lifting of incandescent solid metals. (Note: In the figures below, H0 denotes the additional height provided by the trolley buffer; H0 ≤ 250.)
