I. Corporate Governance System

Sound corporate governance is the inherent driving force for an enterprise’s sustainable development. Since its establishment in 2008, the Company has organically integrated corporate governance with production and operation activities. In strict accordance with the Company Law and relevant national laws, regulations and rules, the Company has established a modern enterprise system, improved the corporate governance structure and standardized corporate operation. It has built a systematic and scientific rule system based on the Articles of Association of the Company, supplemented by working rules for the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors, as well as detailed working rules for the General Manager.

A power restriction and balancing mechanism featuring decision-making, execution, operation management and effective supervision with the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and the management as the main bodies has been formed. This ensures the sound operation of all business activities including production and operation, and realizes the sustainable and healthy development of the Company.

II. Corporate Development

Centering on reform and innovation, the Company thoroughly implements the scientific outlook on development, innovates marketing strategies, actively responds to market changes, carries out independent innovation, focuses on financial budgeting and cost assessment, and strengthens the capability of risk prevention and control, sustaining the rapid and steady growth of operating performance.

The Company attaches great importance to product R&D and technological innovation, continuously improves mechanical manufacturing standards, adheres to management innovation, implements standardized management, and gradually realizes refined management. In the construction of green factories, the Company has made prominent and remarkable achievements through major technological and process innovation. The upgraded processes feature higher efficiency, energy conservation and cleaner production, effectively realizing energy conservation, emission reduction and green environmental protection.

III. Product Management

SINOKO’s high-end lightweight cranes fill the domestic gap in high-end lightweight crane equipment. Featuring light self-weight, superior performance, maintenance-free operation, compact size, low energy consumption and high transmission efficiency, the products rank among the top level in the domestic segmented field of lightweight overhead and gantry cranes. Adopting 3D design and finite element analysis for comprehensive structural optimization, the products are convenient for transportation and replace the dominant position of European lightweight cranes in the domestic market with leading domestic technology. They are widely applied in high-speed rail, shipbuilding, new energy power generation, military industry, automobile manufacturing and other fields.

The Company’s sales revenue has increased year by year in the past three years. Its self-developed high-end lightweight overhead and gantry cranes rank among the top three in national sales volume and the first in Henan Province in the segmented industry of lightweight industrial overhead and gantry cranes.

Adhering to the principle that scientific and technological innovation is the primary productive force, the Company carries out collaborative innovation with Germany’s SWF, a leading foreign enterprise, and conducts industry-university-research technical cooperation with universities including Dalian University of Technology, Zhengzhou University and Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology. It has built provincial-level R&D platforms such as the Henan Enterprise Technology Center and Henan Engineering Technology Research Center for Intelligent European Electric Hoists, with a scientific research base covering 1,000 square meters.

The Company has established a complete R&D budget system, investing no less than 4% of annual sales revenue as R&D funds and rewards for scientific and technological personnel, which effectively guarantees various R&D and innovation activities.

In addition, the Company has obtained numerous honorary qualifications, including National High-tech Enterprise, Henan Quality Benchmarking Enterprise, National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, Henan Big Data Demonstration Enterprise, Henan Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprise, Advanced Enterprise in Quality Development and Technological Innovation of Henan Province, Advanced Unit for Innovation-driven Transformation and Development of Changyuan City, and National Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative SME.

IV. Talent Training

The Company has formulated a series of preferential policies and talent recruitment measures to sincerely introduce high-quality talents, enabling them to work happily and satisfactorily. In recent years, the Company has introduced more than 50 engineering and technical personnel with college degrees or above and intermediate or senior professional titles from across the country, providing solid talent support for corporate technological innovation and development.

The Company focuses on improving overall employee quality. It has formulated and implemented a three-level training system covering the company, departments and workshops (teams). New employees and transferred employees are evaluated every two months to fully assess their safety awareness and technical operation capabilities. The Company vigorously carries out training on safety operation specifications and on-site risk prevention and control, and launches mentor-apprentice skill training in workshops. A total of more than 400 person-times of on-the-job training have been organized, ensuring all on-the-job employees meet the technical standards of skilled workers.

While giving full play to the trade union’s functions of serving employees and maintaining stability, the Company combines condolence activities with cash subsidies and has made remarkable achievements in safeguarding corporate stability and employees’ rights and interests. Before the Spring Festival, the Company established files for needy employees, offered festive gifts and a 1,000-yuan subsidy to each of the 20 needy employee families, and granted a 1,000-yuan subsidy to each of the 5 needy Party members. During the Spring Festival, the Company distributed a total of 10,000 yuan in festive condolence funds to 10 retired employees. The trade union will offer condolences in case of the death of employees or their relatives, and conduct visits when employees or their relatives are hospitalized, delivering corporate care to every employee.

Meanwhile, responding to the calls of local government, the Company actively participates in public welfare activities including Autumn Student Aid, Warm Winter Assistance for Poor Families and Targeted Poverty Alleviation, with a total social donation of over one million yuan.

V. Environmental Protection

Attaching great importance to environmental protection, the Company adheres to the development philosophy that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, strictly implements the new requirements and arrangements for ecological civilization construction and environmental protection proposed at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Taking environmental protection as an important part of its sustainable development strategy, the Company actively fulfills social responsibilities in energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental governance, commits to environment-friendly and resource-saving development, and strives to achieve coordinated development of economic and social benefits as well as harmonious development between the enterprise and the environment.

The Company has invested over 1.5 million yuan in environmental protection equipment, including 4 sets of electric furnace dust removal equipment, 2 sets of photocatalytic environmental protection equipment, 2 sets of pulse dust removal equipment, 2 sets of plasma dust removal equipment, online dust monitoring equipment and secondary flue gas collection equipment.

The Company strengthens the construction of environmental protection management systems, strictly implements the environmental protection responsibility system, and promotes the construction of Environmental Management System and Energy Management System. It integrates environmental management indicators into every production link, establishes a hierarchical responsibility system covering senior management, middle management and grassroots teams to form a complete management network. An online monitoring system is deployed to release real-time production emission data, and assessment mechanisms are implemented for inadequate environmental management, ensuring clear responsibilities and strict rewards and penalties.

The Company intensifies the publicity of environmental protection concepts through publicity slogans, manuals and blackboard newspapers to raise employees’ environmental awareness. It comprehensively improves the factory environment by implementing beautification, hardening, greening and lighting projects. More than 800 trees have been planted, covering a green area of over 10,000 square meters with a greening rate of 27.57%. Adopting modern information technologies such as OA office system, financial ERP management and internal network, the Company promotes paperless office and contributes to the construction of an economical society.

The Company encourages employee technological innovation and launches company-wide campaigns for rational suggestions on energy conservation, cost reduction, production increase and efficiency improvement. Innovative improvements in waste recycling, production system optimization and equipment transformation have reduced energy consumption, improved resource recycling efficiency and further advanced energy conservation and emission reduction work.

Through technological innovation and fundamental upgrading of production processes, all painting operations have adopted water-based paint. Dry cutting with coated tools and air cooling technology are applied to reduce the usage of cutting fluid. These innovative measures have high promotion value and deliver remarkable economic, social and environmental benefits.

Sinoko Cranes Selected into the 2022 Henan Provincial Big Data Industry Development Pilot Demonstration Project
Recently, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Notice on Carrying out the Recommendation and Application for the 2022 Henan Provincial Big Data Industry Development Pilot Demonstration Projects (Yu Gong Xin Ban Shu Ju [2022] No. 75), a total of 45 projects in Henan Province have been selected for the 2022 Henan Provincial Big Data Industry Development Pilot Demonstration Projects after review and recommendation, expert evaluation and public online announcement. Two projects from the city are on the list, namely the big data-based crane full-life cycle service platform application demonstration project of Henan Mine Crane Co., Ltd., and the Xinke industrial Internet crane production big data management and control platform project of Henan Xinke Crane Co., Ltd.   In the next step, taking the pilot demonstration projects as the starting point, the Bureau will further stimulate the endogenous driving force and innovation vitality of the city.
