On the morning of May 23, Tong Heng (Chief Inspector of Henan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation), Li Xu (Deputy Director of the Quality Development Division), Du Chunyang (Deputy Director of the Special Equipment Division), Chen Shusen (Second-level Principal Staff Member of the Special Equipment Division), Lei Qingqiu (Vice President of Henan Provincial Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute), Yin Xiande (Chief Engineer) and other leaders visited SINOKO to conduct an on-site investigation on quality improvement work.

Lin Peiru, Executive Deputy General Manager, Cui Li, Chief Engineer, and other middle and senior management leaders of SINOKO accompanied the investigation.

During the meeting, Lin Peiru briefly reported on the key indicators of SINOKO’s three-year strategic plan, covering market management, technological innovation, production and operation, and human resources.

He stated that since its founding, SINOKOO has focused on the research, development and production of lightweight cranes, striving to provide customers with high-end crane products. Concentrating on one craft and committing to one profession, the company will adhere to internal independent development and external talent introduction. Centering on the dual-carbon goals, SINOKO will integrate social resources to expand the product supply chain, continuously promote the high-quality green, intelligent and information-based development of the enterprise, and strive to be a benchmark for high-quality products in the industry.

Du Chunyang, Deputy Director of the Special Equipment Division under Henan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, conducted an in-depth analysis of the current market situation during the meeting, emphasizing the importance of product quality and its impact on corporate development. Meanwhile, he expressed the hope that the company would continue to take the lead and set an example by following its existing development plan, making long-term and scientific planning, prioritizing innovation, and strengthening implementation and execution.

Zheng Jianqi, Production Director, elaborated to the leaders on the company’s six production lines, noting that key processes have been largely automated. Critical procedures are precisely controlled through specialized equipment and self-developed tooling, which effectively improves product quality. The operation of the newly built workshop enables separate production for standard and non-standard products, eliminating interference in delivery schedules and facilitating the introduction of automated production. Professionalized equipment and processes further guarantee consistent product quality.

He mainly introduced the development plan for the intelligent Workshop F. It is expected to realize automatic material handling, automatic gripping, automatic welding and automatic flipping by the end of the year. By upgrading the automation and intelligent level of production lines, the company will achieve dual improvement in production efficiency and product quality.

After the inspection, the provincial leaders spoke highly of the working environment and advanced equipment in the company’s production workshops, and affirmed SINOKO’s development path. Sinoko Cranes Selected into the 2022 Henan Provincial Big Data Industry Development Pilot Demonstration Project
Recently, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Notice on Carrying out the Recommendation and Application for the 2022 Henan Provincial Big Data Industry Development Pilot Demonstration Projects (Yu Gong Xin Ban Shu Ju [2022] No. 75), a total of 45 projects in Henan Province have been selected for the 2022 Henan Provincial Big Data Industry Development Pilot Demonstration Projects after review and recommendation, expert evaluation and public online announcement. Two projects from the city are on the list, namely the big data-based crane full-life cycle service platform application demonstration project of Henan Mine Crane Co., Ltd., and the Xinke industrial Internet crane production big data management and control platform project of Henan Xinke Crane Co., Ltd.   In the next step, taking the pilot demonstration projects as the starting point, the Bureau will further stimulate the endogenous driving force and innovation vitality of the city.
