On the afternoon of July 31, Henan Xinke Crane Co., Ltd. held an August 1st Veterans Symposium, which was attended by company leaders and some veteran representatives.
With the purpose of solving difficulties in the work and life of veteran employees, the symposium learned about and extended condolences to the veterans on their feelings, work and living conditions after demobilization. It expressed gratitude for the veterans’ dedication, sacrifices and contributions to the country, and encouraged all staff to unite as one, forge ahead with perseverance, work hand in hand and strive for new glories.
At the symposium, the leaders of Sinoko extended sincere respect and festive greetings to all veterans, and thanked them for their contributions to safeguarding the country and promoting the company’s development. Several veterans stated that they would continue to uphold military spirit and fine military qualities, and contribute their efforts to the company’s development.
Veterans who had been transferred from the military for many years recalled their military days and shared their current work and life experiences. They reminisced about the passionate years of their military service, talked passionately about the past, present and future, and exchanged insights and gains from their transition from soldiers to corporate employees. All participating veterans shared their work and life after retirement from the military. They expressed that they would carry forward the glorious traditions of the people's army, fulfill their duties earnestly and forge ahead diligently at their posts, always discipline themselves with strict military standards, maintain fine military conduct, and contribute to the development of Sinoko.
Comrade Cai Chaoyue shared his experience of multiple open-sea missions. He said that these voyages were filled with excitement at the very beginning, as well as tedious dullness brought by long periods of seeing nothing but the sea. Though he has left the military, every day and every scene from those years is deeply engraved in his memory. The hearty smiles and rigorous work style rooted in those memories feel as vivid as yesterday. Although his identity as a soldier has come to an end, a promising future awaits him. Military service was merely a stage in his life, yet it has exerted a profound influence on his work and daily life.
Tian Zhanjun, Administrative Deputy General Manager, on behalf of all employees, extended festive congratulations and sincere condolences to the veterans. He stated that soldiers constitute an indispensable and important force for the country. He hoped that all veterans would preserve their fine military qualities, "remaining unwavering in faith and spirit after leaving the military". He encouraged them to uphold the efficient, resolute and thorough execution style of soldiers, and carry forward the fine traditions of strict discipline, dedication to work, hard work and selfless dedication in their daily work.
