
To summarize the internship achievements and empower the growth of young talents, Xinke Lifting held the 2025 session of the college student internship summary report meeting on January 6th. Executive Deputy General Manager Chen Yan, leaders of various departments, and internship mentors for college students attended the meeting to review the practical experience and look forward to the future career with the interns.
At the beginning of the meeting, the host, Wu Xiaoyue, delivered an opening speech, acknowledging the dedication and growth of the internship students during this period. At the same time, she stated that this meeting was not only a summary of the internship stage but also a professional exchange platform for young students. Every minute on the stage was an opportunity to showcase oneself.


Subsequently, the intern students took the stage in turn to give their summary reports, sharing their experiences from various perspectives such as "internship work content, gains and reflections, and future plans". During the reports, there were not only reviews of specific tasks but also deepening of workplace cognition, showcasing the thinking and vitality of the younger generation.


After the presentation, the deputy general managers of each department conducted on-site questioning and commenting. They not only delved into the details of the internship based on the presentation content to understand the practical work pain points of the students, but also provided professional advice in combination with business scenarios. From the dimensions of "job fit" and "problem-solving thinking", they outlined the direction for career advancement for the interns.

Finally, Chen Yan, the executive deputy general manager, made a concluding speech. He affirmed the internship students' dedication and growth in practice, and also put forward three requirements:
1. Abandon empty talk and be down-to-earth. Call on all students to talk less and do more, and devote themselves to learning and practice with a pragmatic attitude.
2. Be diligent in learning and good at thinking, and offer suggestions and advice. Encourage employees to deepen their learning based on their positions and actively contribute their insights to the company's development.
3. Be innovative and inject vitality. We look forward to breaking through limitations with innovative thinking, adding new vitality and highlights to the development of the enterprise.
