To commemorate the 98th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, inherit and carry forward the excellent traditions and work style of the military, and fully leverage the exemplary and leading role of veterans, Xinke Lifting held the "2025 Veterans Symposium" on the afternoon of July 30th. Company executives Li Zibing, Hou Junli, and other veterans such as Dong Shuangjie and Jia Ao gathered together to discuss the remarkable years of military service, share insights from their work, and unite efforts for enterprise development under the theme of "Forging Military Spirit, Recollecting Military Journey, Achieving New Successes".

The event officially kicked off with the sonorous rhythm of the "Song of the Chinese People's Liberation Army". The host warmly welcomed the company executives and veterans present and elaborated on the original intention of the event: to further stimulate the sense of responsibility and mission of veterans by revisiting their military memories and deepening exchanges and interactions, and to encourage everyone to continue to demonstrate their military qualities and contribute their efforts in their positions.

Subsequently, the veterans began to speak one after another. Dong Shuangjie recalled his experiences of "overcoming difficulties" in the military camp, expressing his gratitude for the perseverance that kept him dedicated to his work. He also stated his commitment to continue working hard in his future work. Jia Ao shared his transformation from a border-guarding soldier to an enterprise employee, and pledged to continue tackling work challenges with the same determination as a "soldier who dares to fight tough battles." Gong Zi'ang introduced his military experience as an army ground crew member and his current job content during the on-site exchange. He expressed his intention to carry forward the spirit of resilience and hard work from the military camp to his workplace, and to excel in every task. The veterans spoke one after another, sharing their different experiences and perseverance, revealing the determination and responsibility of soldiers between the lines.
The company leaders emphasized in their speeches that veterans are invaluable assets for the company, and their loyalty, sense of discipline, and fighting spirit are precisely the "spiritual nourishment" needed for the company's development. They hoped that everyone would continue to integrate the excellent traditions and rigorous style of the military into their daily work, shine in their respective positions, and become the "pioneers" driving the team forward.

This symposium not only allowed everyone to revisit the precious memories of their military careers, but also provided an opportunity for frank exchanges and active suggestions on practical work issues. The veterans unanimously expressed their commitment to maintaining their military qualities, overcoming difficulties and achieving new successes in their positions, and injecting more "military spirit" into the company's development through practical actions.
