(1) Check the reducer mainly for oil leakage.
(2) Inspect the steel wire rope for broken wires, kinks, corrosion and other defects. Mark severely worn areas that have not yet exceeded the standard for key follow-up and re-inspection.
(3) Check the equipment surface for dust accumulation, cracks and weld fractures.
(4) Examine the oil level and oil quality of all parts, and add or replace lubricating oil as required.
(5) For pulleys, check whether the wear at the groove bottom exceeds the standard and whether there are cracks on cast iron pulleys.
(6) Check all couplings for looseness or key rolling faults. Focus on abnormal wear of the elastic rubber rings of elastic pin couplings, and pay special attention to the gear tooth wear of gear couplings.
(7) Verify that all limit switches are sensitive and reliable, ensure all electrical components in the electric box operate flexibly, check the safety of motors and wires, and confirm the normal working condition of signal lamps.
